- 1- ½ ripe bananas peeled and frozen
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1- ½ tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 large ice cubes
