Ingredients

  • 1- ½ ripe bananas peeled and frozen
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 1- ½ tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 large ice cubes

  • Put everything in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
