  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • Himalayan pink salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • ¼ – ½ cup water or veggie broth to bring to desired consistency

 

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or high speed blender and blend until well mixed, adding water or veggie broth to bring the pesto to desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings to desired taste.
