Ingredients

  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 handful of leafy greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
  • 1 cup frozen tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, etc.)
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 – 2 tbsp coconut butter, plus more for drizzling
  • juice of half a lime
  • ¼ – ½ cup almond or coconut milk

 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with ¼ cup milk and process until smooth
  2. Add more milk and continue to process until desired consistency is reached
  3. Pour into a glass and top with more coconut butter and/or hemp seeds as desired
